How can I create S3 bucket and manage or share its contents? it will be great to get some guidelines on bucket security management ..

In S3 objects are stored in buckets.  The bucket can be in any of the AWS regions. To upload content to S3 follow these steps, based on several Newvem’s how-to guides):

1) Create the Bucket (newvem guide)

2) Upload Object to bucket (newvem guide)

To share this info, you just need to provide permission to the bucket for access.
